01 Booking & payment
A 50% payment is required at registration. The remaining balance must be cleared by 19 August.
02 Early bird
A 10% discount is applicable for registrations completed by 14 August.
03 Group size
Maximum 12 participants.
04 Summit attempt
Summit success is not guaranteed and depends on weather, route conditions, altitude, and the expedition leader's safety decision.
05 Itinerary changes
Wandora and the expedition team reserve the right to modify the itinerary when required for safety, weather, road conditions, or operational reasons.
06 Medical fitness
Participants must be physically and medically fit for a high-altitude 6,000m+ expedition.
07 Personal equipment
Personal clothing, mountaineering equipment, insurance, and other personal requirements are the participant's responsibility unless specifically mentioned as included.
08 Force majeure
Wandora is not responsible for delays or changes caused by weather, landslides, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its control.
09 Safety
The expedition leader's instructions must be followed throughout the journey. Safety takes priority over the planned schedule.
